Seated based active wellness exercise to music. For Seniors+ or injury recovery.
Balance, leg strength and flexibility, working towards active fitness and wellness.
You are welcome at any level of fitness. These classes are a low impact programme that provides a fun way to keep well. The programme will cover all the areas of exercise needed to help you improve for mobility safely. -improve balance, able to lift more easily, stamina increased, more flexible, sleep improved and feel more alive.

Exercise class for 40+. Great range of music friendly environment.
The classes work on strength training, stretch and general fitness. All equipment supplied. No experience necessary.Enjoyable range of exercise and muscle strengthening.
AT:West Eyreton Hall North Canterbury.
